About the Book Series

For the past several years, many of you have followed my journey as I've written the Still Warrior books. Some of you have read one, some have read them all, and many of you have shared your own stories of finding a little more calm in a very noisy world.

Along the way, something became clear to me.
I realized the books weren't just individual titles—they were pieces of a single journey.

So I've spent the last several months rewriting, reorganizing, and refining the series around one central idea:
Peace isn't something you find. It's something you train.
Today I'm excited to introduce the new cornerstone of the series...
The Still Warrior Path: Lessons in Calm Strength, Presence, and Everyday Resilience.

This is now Book One and the place I recommend everyone begin.
The series now follows a clear progression:


Book 1 – The Still Warrior Path
Learn the principles of calm strength and discover how your body can train your nervous system for greater peace and resilience.


Book 2 – The Still Warrior Within
Build the connection between body and mind through practical practices that develop both physical and emotional strength.


Book 3 – The Still Warrior Training Guide
Put everything into action with simple exercises and daily routines that fit into ordinary life.


Book 4 – Final Stillness
The advanced practice explores what remains when calm becomes your natural way of being.

This series has become much more than writing books for me. It's the result of over forty years of studying martial arts, mindfulness, and the quiet lessons life has taught me—sometimes the easy way, sometimes the hard way.

My hope is simple: that these books help people slow down, breathe a little deeper, and discover that calm strength is something anyone can practice.
